During June and July 2011, thanks to funding from Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC (CSC) and The Harlequin Watford, Create delivered three full-day visual art workshops and six full-day music workshops bringing together 34 disabled and non-disabled young people aged 16-19 years. Inspired by The Harlequin ‘s 21st birthday celebrations, the visual art workshops explored the themes of celebration and birthday along with logos and signs that the participants encountered on their first workshop day at The Harlequin.
Photos taken by young carers from Westminster during Moving Images. The project consisted of 28 photography and dance workshops, working with fourteen 8-14 year old young carers. The participants created original, high quality photographs and dance pieces that were themed around London's urban landscape.
